POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESERVATION AND BOOKING:

  • Reservations can be made through our drivers, authorized platforms (Whatsapp, Telegram, Wechat, Mobile Calls) or through an authorized agent or platform.

 

  • An approved payment method must be provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

 

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the reservation process, including the date, time, pickup location, destination, and any special requirements.

 

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from KV Limousine.

 

PRICING AND PAYMENT:

  • All payments must be made in full, in the currency specified, before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

  • The rates for our limousine services will be clearly communicated during the booking process and are subject to change without prior notice.

 

  • Additional charges may apply for wait time, extra stops, ERPs, parking fees, or other incidental expenses.

 

  • Payments can be made by Paynow, bank transfer, or any other approved payment method.

 

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:

  • No Fee Cancellation: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours from scheduled pick-up time will be incur full cancellation charge. Refunds due to Cancellation are subjected to respective bank fees.

 

  • Changes / Amendments: Changes to existing bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, otherwise it will be subjected to availability. In cases where a change request is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time results in us being unable to fulfil the booking, the booking will be treated as cancelled and full cancellation charge will apply.

 

  • Changes to reservations are subject to availability and must be communicated and confirmed by KV Limousine.

 

  • KV Limousine reserves the right to cancel or change a reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clients must be ready and available at the specified pickup location at the agreed-upon time.

 

  • Any delays or changes in the schedule must be communicated promptly to KV Limousine.

 

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. KV Limousine is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during transportation.

 

CONDUCT AND SAFETY:

  • Clients and their guests must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during the service. Any misconduct or violation of Singapore legislation will result in immediate termination of the service.

 

  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited in KV Limousine vehicles.

 

  • Seat belts must be worn by all passengers, and child safety seats must be used as required by law.

 

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE:

  • KV Limousine maintains commercial liability insurance coverage as required by applicable laws and regulations.

 

  • KV Limousine is not responsible for any delays, losses, damages, or injuries incurred during transportation, except as provided by law.

 

  • Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle by their party, including but not limited to spills, stains, or excessive cleaning requirements.

 

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION:

  • KV Limousine respects the privacy of our clients and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

 

  • Client information collected during the reservation process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

 

AMENDMENTS TO POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • KV Limousine reserves the right to modify or update these Policy, Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

  • The most current version of the Policy, Terms & Conditions will be posted on our website.

 

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

Electronic Communications:

All forms of digital communication, including electronic communications, are encompassed within this provision. By using our services, you provide your consent to receive electronic communications. You acknowledge and agree that any agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we transmit to you electronically, either via email or on the Site, fulfil any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Indemnification:

By using the services provided by KV Limousine Pte Ltd, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KV Limousine Pte Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that may arise from your use of the Site or services, your inability to use the services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. In the event that a matter subject to indemnification by you arises, KV Limousine Pte Ltd reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of such matter. In this case, you agree to fully cooperate with KV Limousine Pte Ltd in asserting any available defenses.

Liability Disclaimer:

KV Limousine Pte Ltd is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on service and will only be responsible for making up for loss time at a mutually agreed date. You will assume full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by you. Alcohol consumption, smoking and drug use in the vehicle are prohibited by law. KV Limousine Pte Ltd shall not be held responsible for any articles left in the vehicle.
